Preparation
- Cook ramen noodles in boiling water until they’re al dente. Drain and cool under cold water.
- In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce with brown sugar and ginger.
- Add the noodles to the bowl and mix them.
- Divide the noodles between two bowls. Top with zucchini, carrots, radishes, cucumbers and Babybel cheeses.
